We are looking for a dynamic and versatile team member to join us in an ambitious hybrid role combining in-store sales and digital coordination.

Role Description

This is a part-time position with 30h/week for an In-Store Sales role&social media and E-Commerce operations, based onside in Campo do Ourique store. The role entails assisting customers with in-store purchases and co-managing with the rest of the team organization and maintanance of the e-commerce platform and creating content for social media channels. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the team to enhance overall sales efforts and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

In-Store Sales

• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers with product selection and styling
• Process sales transactions
• Maintain visual merchandising standards
• Support stock organization and store presentation
• POS system operations

E-Commerce editing

• Update and manage product listings (descriptions, pricing, images)
• Upload new collections and manage stock levels
• Monitor online orders and coordinate fulfillment
• Ensure website accuracy and usability
• Support basic analytics tracking and reporting

Social Media/ Digital communication Coordination

• Plan and schedule content (Instagram, TikTok)
• Create engaging posts, reels, and stories
• Create newsletters according to plan
• Coordinate photo/video content in store
• Respond to messages and engage with the community
• Support campaigns and promotions

Profile We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills (Portuguese required; English valued)
• Interest in fashion and retail trends
• Experience in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing is a plus
• Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or others is a plus
• Experience in using e-commerce platforms (Shopify or similar )
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Sales-driven
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic retail and digital environment
