Part-Time Service Operations Administrator

RGIT Australia is seeking a part-time Service Administrator for our Ivychurch depot. This fixed-term 12-month contract covers 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 14:30 with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

You will support the Service Team, handle calls, invoices, and IT-related tasks to ensure a smooth workshop operation. The role requires strong communication, organisation, and IT skills, with training available on Gold, Scheduler and CRM systems.
