Fred Perry are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Assistant to join their team at Liverpool ONE.
Founded in 1952 by triple Wimbledon champion Fred Perry, the iconic British brand is known for its distinctive style, heritage and innovation.
As a Sales Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the in-store experience, helping customers discover the latest collections while keeping the shop floor looking its best.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and delivering excellent service


• Helping shoppers find products that suit their needs


• Keeping the shop floor and stockroom organised and well stocked


• Sharing customer feedback with the wider team


• Supporting daily store operations


• Building your product knowledge and representing the Fred Perry brand

What they're looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for customer service


• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a busy retail environment


• A willingness to learn and work as part of a team


• Availability to work weekends or at least one day per week
