Job Description
Project Support Administrator

Provide comprehensive, efficient administrative support to the STFC-funded Naval Families public engagement project, including maintaining project records and documentation, supporting procurement and order placements, booking travel, arranging events, and sourcing information for all project delivery aspects.

The role involves active participation in project team meetings, ensuring smooth coordination at all stages. Additionally, the postholder will support the PI of the award (Jen Gupta), programme manager and ICG by administering project-related activities and ensuring effective day to day operations.

This is a part time role, 18.5 hours per week, with flexible shift patterns within regular working hours. The appointment is a fixed term contract until 01 March 2028, fully funded through the STFC. This position may be available to internal candidates under the Secondment Policy, subject to prior approval by the line manager.

Salary & Contract

£13,659 - £15,618 per annum (£27,319 - £31,236 for a full time equivalent); 18.5 hours per week. Contractual hours: 18.5. Basis Part Time. Fixed Term - Part Time.
