The Role

• Deliver highly personalised learning plans aligned with each young person's EHCP
• Teach core subjects and functional skills through creative, accessible approaches
• Work closely with the care team, therapists, and external professionals
• Support communication development, emotional regulation, and independence skills
• Adapt your teaching to meet sensory, behavioural, and cognitive needs
• Celebrate progress in all its forms - academic, social, and personal

What We're Looking For

• QTS is essential
• Experience with ASD, learning disabilities, or complex needs (or a strong desire to develop this)
• A reflective, child-centred approach
• Creativity, patience, and emotional resilience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt teaching to individual needs and learning styles
