Job Description

Interim Part-Time Payroll Specialist (3-6 mth FTC contract based on a 3 day week)

Hybrid - 1/2 days/week in London (Liverpool Street)

Financial Services Global Payroll ADP & Workday

FTE £45,000 + bens


Middlemore is working with a leading financial services client to appoint an part-time Interim Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations across multiple international locations (UK, Ireland, France, Australia) while the core team focuses on a systems upgrade.

You'll be responsible for executing monthly payroll cycles for 430 employees, managing inputs and validations via ADP Streamline, and supporting year-end processing and finance queries.


What we're looking for:

Payroll experience (2+ years), ideally across international geographies

Familiarity with ADP and Workday a strong advantage

Available to start by July for a smooth handover

Comfortable working in a fully outsourced payroll model

Open to flexible work options
