Part-Time Payroll & Benefits Specialist

Birmingham Hippodrome is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist for a 22.5-hour week, primarily onsite. You will manage end-to-end payroll for staff and casual workers, coordinate pension and benefits schemes, and act as the main contact for payroll and benefits inquiries.

The role is permanent, with pro-rata salary from £19,800 to £21,134.40 per year and reporting to the Head of People, Culture & Talent. Flexible working and a supportive team are emphasized.
