We're recruiting a Painter / Decorator to join our on site facilities team at HMP Full Sutton, a well run prison site just outside York.

What's on offer

• 24 hours per week - Monday to Wednesday, 08:00-16:30
• Occasional weekend work (1 in 3) paid at % of the base salary allowance
• Long term, stable role with Amey

The job

• Planned and reactive painting and decorating
• Working safely to site procedures
• Supporting prisoners involved in decorating work

What you'll need

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Painting & Decorating
• Comfortable working in a prison environment, alongside prisoners
• Good understanding of health & safety

Prison security clearance, Standard DBS and Counter Terrorism Check required - fully supported by Amey.
