Part-Time Maintenance Specialist for Student Homes

RGIT Australia is seeking a part-time Maintenance Operative in Greater London. In this role, you will ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and clean for residents, performing maintenance tasks including plumbing and electrical work, and supervising grounds maintenance. Ideal candidates will have relevant maintenance experience and strong communication skills. The position requires working 22.5 hours per week across 3 days with a focus on excellent customer service.
