Part-Time Lead Gen & Pipeline Specialist

4C Executive Search is seeking a part-time Sales Executive to support the MD and engage with clients in Northern Ireland. The role includes identifying client opportunities, maintaining the CRM system, and assisting with proposal drafting. Ideal candidates will have sales support or outbound lead generation experience, a strong administrative background, and a proven track record of meeting targets. The role is envisaged to be 25 hours per week, with the working pattern agreed with the successful candidate.
