Fred Perry are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Keyholder to join their team at Liverpool ONE.

Founded in 1952 by triple Wimbledon champion Fred Perry, the iconic British brand is known for its distinctive style, heritage and innovation.

As a Keyholder, you'll play an important role in delivering excellent customer service, supporting daily store operations and helping the team maintain the high standards associated with the Fred Perry brand.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and delivering excellent service
• Helping shoppers find products that suit their needs
• Keeping the shop floor and stockroom organised and well stocked
• Processing incoming and outgoing stock accurately
• Maintaining displays and visual merchandising standards
• Handling till operations, cash management and banking
• Supporting loss prevention and store security procedures
• Deputising for the Store Manager or Assistant Manager in their absence
• Sharing customer feedback with the wider team
