Part-Time Income Processing & Administration - Charity
Tower Bridge 2-3 Days per Week 2-3 Month Contract
The RoleYou'll support the efficient processing of fundraising income, ensuring all donations are accurately recorded and managed.
Key responsibilities- Process and record donations using Salesforce CRM
- Ensure accurate coding, filing (digital & paper) and acknowledgements
- Handle supporter payments and basic enquiries
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous admin or data processing experience
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Gift Aid knowledge is beneficial
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Start: Thursday 11th June
- Duration: 2-3 months
- Hours: 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm, 2-3 days per week
