Part-Time HR Business Partner - Energy & Infrastructure (Hybrid)

Lucy Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support leaders across Newcastle and Sowerby Bridge on a part-time, 6-month fixed-term contract. The role involves partnering with leaders to drive people plans, workforce planning and employee relations in a fast-paced, operational environment.

Working in a hybrid model with occasional travel to Oxford, you will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and commercial functions to deliver Lucy Group's people agenda and strategic
