Job Title: Part Time HR Advisor
Location: Wellington, Somerset
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 FTE
Hours: 22 hours minimum and flexible for the right candidate

The HR Advisor will own day to day HR operations and people processes, ensuring legal compliance, consistency, system integration and robust governance across the employee lifecycle.
This role suits a calm, pragmatic, process driven HR professional who is comfortable guiding and challenging managers and working independently.
Key Responsibilities- End to end HR administration (contracts, variations, payroll changes)
- Onboarding, induction, and offboarding
- Attendance, sickness, and leave management
- Payroll coordination and HR data integrity
- UK right to work and visa compliance
- Ownership of HR policies, handbooks, and document control
- Employee engagement (Peakon)
- Employee relations support working with the HR Consultant (disciplinary and grievance processes)
- Recruitment administration and agency management
- Support for engagement and culture initiatives
Essential:
- CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience)
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
- High levels of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
- Confident operating independently and enforcing consistent processes
