Job Description
We are recruiting for a Part-time Customer Service Representative to join a well established company based in Leighton Buzzard, who are recruiting due to continued growth. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous customer service experience.
Location: Leighton Buzzard.
Working Hours: 09:00am - 15:00pm, Monday to Friday. You MUST be able to work all 5-days.
Contract Type: Permanent.
Duties:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist customers with order processing, shipment tracking, and returns or exchanges.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries.
- Support other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by building rapport and establishing strong relationships with customers.
- Supporting the office with all admin related duties.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Skills/Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, within an office environment - essential.
- Knowledge of order processing - essential.
- Excellent people skills - essential.
- Literate & numerical - essential.
- Strong computer skills, with the ability and confidence to use CRM systems.
- Ability to work 5-days a week, Monday to Friday - essential.
