Job Description

We are recruiting for a Part-time Customer Service Representative to join a well established company based in Leighton Buzzard, who are recruiting due to continued growth. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous customer service experience.

Location: Leighton Buzzard.

Working Hours: 09:00am - 15:00pm, Monday to Friday. You MUST be able to work all 5-days.

Contract Type: Permanent.

Duties:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns.
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assist customers with order processing, shipment tracking, and returns or exchanges.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries.
  • Support other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by building rapport and establishing strong relationships with customers.
  • Supporting the office with all admin related duties.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Skills/Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, within an office environment - essential.
  • Knowledge of order processing - essential.
  • Excellent people skills - essential.
  • Literate & numerical - essential.
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability and confidence to use CRM systems.
  • Ability to work 5-days a week, Monday to Friday - essential.
