Job Description
Role Overview

Part time Cleaner, on site, at HMP Long Lartin.

Standard hours: 19 hours per week - 7 hours on Wednesday and Thursday, 6 hours on Friday. Exact times will be agreed upon. Flexibility for occasional day changes is appreciated.

Hourly rate: £13.45.

Responsibilities
  • Provide cleaning service that meets contractual requirements.
  • Control stock levels and order consumable supplies.
  • Operate machinery safely, following guidelines and training provided.
  • Deliver a high quality service to building users, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Support local and business zero carbon programmes in a strategic and lean manner where appropriate.
  • Ensure H&S standards are achieved across the contract.
Required Experience / Skills
  • Comfortable working in a prison environment.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Flexible team member.
Additional Requirements

Prison Security Clearance required (Amey will support you through this process).
