Part-Time CIPD HR Advisor Employee Relations

Russell Taylor Group is seeking an experienced HR Advisor (CIPD Qualified) to join the Operational team in South Yorkshire on a part-time basis.

You will provide expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with UK employment law, and support managers with recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning. This role requires CIPD qualification and strong stakeholder management.

The position is permanent, onsite, 2-3 days a week, with salary open to discussion.
