Part-Time Charity Shop Lead - Retail & Fundraising

Cancer Research UK is seeking a motivated Assistant Shop Manager (Retail Assistant Manager) for the East Dereham shop on a fixed-term contract until November 2028. The role is part-time (15 hours per week) with a salary of £13.25-£15.46 per hour plus benefits, reporting to the Shop Manager.

You will help lead a diverse team of paid staff and volunteers, manage merchandising and stock, and drive fundraising income while supporting the donor and customer experience. DBS check will be required.
