Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and energetic Barista / All Rounder to join our unique salon/café, Elevate, located in Brixton. This role involves preparing quality coffee and drinks, delivering warm customer service, maintaining a clean environment, and supporting daily café operations in a hybrid salon and café space serving both clients and walk ins.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffees, teas, matcha, iced drinks, and other beverages.
• Welcome both salon clients and café customers.
• Take orders and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of café and seating areas.
• Assist with light food preparation and service.
• Ensure consistent drink presentation.
• Restock supplies as needed.
• Support salon and café team operations.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist during busy periods.
• Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

• Barista or hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
