Job Description

Our client in Dublin 2 is seeking a reliable and organised Part-time Administrator to support a busy team on a short-term basis. This is a hands on role suited to someone who is detail oriented and comfortable managing a range of administrative tasks in a fast paced environment.

This position is offered on a part time basis, working 3 days per week, with an initial contract of approximately 3-4 months.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing general administrative support across the team
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Processing applications and ensuring all information is complete and compliant
  • Managing inbox queries and coordinating meeting schedules
  • Taking meeting notes and preparing documentation
  • Supporting ongoing process improvements and workflow organisation

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using MS Office, including Excel and Teams
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work

Experience working with databases or internal systems would be beneficial but not essential.
