Bennett and Game are representing a well-established RIBA Chartered architectural practice based in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter, who are looking for a Part II Architectural Assistant to join their growing team. Our client are known for delivering technically robust, design-led projects across the UK within the Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education and Residential sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a Part II Architectural Assistant to gain exposure to meaningful, high-profile schemes including specialist healthcare environments as well as major commercial and industrial developments. Salary & Benefits- Competitive salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

- Assist with the design and technical delivery of projects across RIBA Stages 2-6
- Produce and develop architectural drawings and models using Revit
- Gain exposure to a wide range of sectors including Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial, Education and Residential
- Assist with the preparation of planning and detailed technical information
- Work alongside senior architects and consultants to develop coordinated design solutions
- Gain experience working on projects ranging from £1m to £30m+
- Assist with ensuring designs comply with UK Building Regulations and relevant standards
- Attend project meetings and contribute to design development and coordination
- Develop technical knowledge and gain valuable experience towards completing Part III
- Masters in Architecture
- Previous experience within a UK architectural practice
- Good working knowledge of Revit
- Strong design and technical ability with a good understanding of the RIBA Plan of Work
- Some experience across multiple RIBA Stages advantageous
- Interest or experience within Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education or Residential sectors advantageous
- Understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction processes
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, motivated and keen to develop professionally
- Portfolio demonstrating strong design and technical capabilities
- Live within a commutable distance of Birmingham (Jewellery Quarter)
