£34,214.27 per annum

We're on the lookout for an experienced and proactive Supervisor to lead and support our on-street operations team in Lambeth. This role is vital to ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency - all while motivating your team and driving continuous improvement.

• Leading and managing your on-street team with confidence and clarity

• Setting clear objectives and conducting regular performance reviews

• Actively supporting your team on the ground to ensure smooth operations

• Providing real-time coaching, training, and motivation

• Monitoring KPIs and ensuring contract requirements are consistently met

• Recommending and implementing operational improvements

• Identifying opportunities to grow and improve services

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• A full, clean UK driving licence

• Proven ability to manage performance, coach teams, and deliver results

• Confidence in client-facing environments and commercial awareness

• Competency in Microsoft Office and comfortable with reporting tools

• £34,214.27 annual salary

• 42.5 hours per week - Full-time stability
