Parking Patrol & Customer Service Specialist

APCOA Parking UK is hiring a Parking Patrol Officer / Customer service at Reading Station. The role is full-time, 42 hours per week, on-site, with a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern. You will patrol car parks, enforce rules, report defects, handle inquiries and assist customers in distress.

You should have a full UK driving licence and an SIA licence. A background in customer service, good communication, teamwork, and IT literacy are important.
