Parking Enforcement & Customer Service Officer

Surrey Heath Borough Council is seeking a customer-focused Parking Officer to support car park operations across the borough. You will deliver excellent customer care, handle enquiries by phone, intercom or in person, and enforce parking regulations in busy car parks.

The role is permanent, 37 hours per week on a 4 on 4 off rota including weekends, with hybrid working and a generous benefits package including pension, leave, and staff discounts.
