Parcel on Hold Specialist - Warehousing & Customer Support

DPD Group is seeking a Goods on Hold Operative to manage the held parcel process within the depot and coordinate with the Operations Manager. You will ensure parcels are visible in the lifecycle, resolved for delivery on time, and that customer queries are answered efficiently.

The role requires accuracy, strong communication, and experience in a fast-paced administrative setting, preferably in warehousing or a customer-facing capacity. A permanent or FTC contract and 5-day work week are offered.
