The Opportunity
Join a respected financial planning firm that partners with a large network of IFAs. You'll work alongside experienced Advisers, providing first-class technical support - while building the skills and confidence to move into client-facing advice.
This business has a proven record of developing Paraplanners into successful Wealth Planners. You won't just write reports; you'll shape holistic financial strategies, learn directly from IFAs, and grow your career in a team that invests in your future.
What You'll Do
- Produce clear, compliant suitability reports & recommendations
- Carry out in-depth technical research on pensions, investments & tax planning
- Build and analyse cashflow models
- Partner closely with IFAs to influence client advice
- Keep up to date with legislation, regulation & product developments
- Play a hands-on role in annual reviews & long-term planning
What You'll Bring
- Experience as a Paraplanner or IFA Administrator (essential)
- Diploma Level 4 (or working towards)
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments & protection
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Proactive, growth-oriented mindset - and an eye on the move to advice
