Salary: £30,000

About the Company:

Our client is a growing financial planning business with an established client base of approximately 300 clients. They are looking to appoint an experienced Paraplanner to provide essential support to the adviser team as the business continues to grow.

This is a great opportunity for a Paraplanner who is looking to join a close-knit team where progression and development are encouraged. The successful candidate will need to be confident in their ability and able to hit the ground running, supporting advisers across an established client bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing comprehensive paraplanning support to the adviser team
• Preparing suitability reports and client documentation
• Supporting advisers with ongoing client reviews and servicing
• Carrying out research and analysis to support recommendations
• Preparing financial planning and investment documentation
• Liaising with providers and third parties where required
• Maintaining accurate client records

What We're Looking For:

• Previous paraplanning experience within financial services is essential
• The ability to hit the ground running and work confidently with an established client bank
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Someone who is ambitious, passionate and keen to develop their career
• A strong team player who will fit well within the existing team

Desirable Skills:

• Relevant financial services qualifications or progress towards them
• Experience working within wealth management or financial planning
