The Opportunity

Are you a Diploma-qualified Paraplanner looking for a business that will genuinely invest in your continued development?

Perhaps you're technically strong but want greater exposure to complex financial planning, as well as the opportunity to sit in on client meetings and build your confidence in front of clients?

Or maybe you're a career Paraplanner who wants to continue developing technically, with the opportunity to become a Subject Matter Expert within an established team?

This is an opportunity to join a Chartered and award-winning financial planning business where development is genuinely encouraged. You'll join an established team of 10 Paraplanners, with support from a dedicated Paraplanning Manager, full support towards Chartered status and a genuine route into Financial Advice for those who want it.

The Company

With just over 100 employees, this is an established and growing financial planning business with an excellent reputation for developing and retaining its people.

The culture is a big part of what makes the business stand out. It's a social, collaborative environment where people genuinely enjoy working together, with regular team and company-wide social events.

We've placed several people into the business ourselves, and one of the things that really stands out is the staff retention.

Progression & Development

Development is a real focus within the business

For those looking to progress into advice, the typical pathway is to build strong technical expertise, develop client meeting experience and then move into an Adviser role, usually within around 2 years, depending on the individual and their progression.

For those who love Paraplanning and want to remain technical, there is also the opportunity to progress into a Subject Matter Expert position, alongside Senior Paraplanner opportunities.

You'll also receive full support towards Chartered status, including ongoing development and study support.
