ParaplannerLeeds (Hybrid - 2 days from home)£40,000 - £50,000 basicOutsource UK is recruiting for an experienced Paraplanner to join a forward-thinking, high-growth financial services business in Leeds. Over the next five years, there will be significant opportunities for individuals who are eager to demonstrate their ability and progress their careers.The Role You will support a busy team of Financial Advisers in delivering a high-quality service that exceeds client expectations and enhances the firm's reputation. Key Responsibilities 
- Manage client requests and tasks efficiently, ensuring a professional and positive client experience
- Undertake complex client-specific analysis, including CGT assessments, IHT evaluations, and target funding calculations
- Conduct technical research and prepare detailed suitability reports following client reviews
- Support the administration team with technical queries to ensure smooth case progression
- Carry out product research and technical comparisons using industry software
- Maintain accurate records on back-office systems, tracking workflow and ongoing actions
- Assist advisers in delivering comprehensive financial planning services
- Ensure all client files and records meet FCA compliance standards
- Adhere to internal compliance procedures and regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty and Treating Customers Fairly principles
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Paraplanner role
- Strong understanding of financial products and the advice process
- Excellent analytical, research, and report-writing skills
- High attention to detail with a focus on producing quality work
- Strong communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
- Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated, resilient, and professional in approach
- Working towards or holding a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (desirable)
- Commitment to ongoing CPD in line with industry and company standards
