We're working with a highly respected and forward-thinking Wealth Management firm offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner to join their established team in Cambridge.

You'll be joining a growing Paraplanning Centre of Excellence, working closely with experienced Financial Planners and Client Executives to deliver bespoke, compliant, and high-quality advice to a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities- Produce detailed and compliant suitability reports and recommendation letters
- Conduct research and analysis to identify appropriate financial planning solutions
- Perform cashflow modelling and prepare tax calculations where required
- Liaise with providers and third parties to obtain investment and policy information
- Support client review meetings and maintain accurate, compliant client files
- Ensure adherence to FCA principles, compliance standards, and internal processes
- Collaborate and share best practice with colleagues, including peer reviews and technical support
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum)
- Proven experience as a Paraplanner within Financial Services
- Strong technical knowledge across investments, pensions, and protection
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Methodical, detail-oriented, and highly organised approach to workload
- Confident using Microsoft Office (advanced Word/Excel) and provider platforms
- Passionate about personal development, with ambitions to progress toward Advanced Diploma or Chartered Status
- Salary: Up to £47,000 (with potential to £50,000 for exceptional candidates)
