What you will be doing- Preparation of a closing agenda detailing the CPs and documents required to be satisfied by the parties prior to closing.
- Review the CPs against RRPF pro forma documentation (including insurance certificates, letters of credit, corporate certificates, recognition of rights agreement) and negotiate with the customer until an agreed format is reached.
- Obtain fee quotes and liaise with local counsel.
- Coordinate the execution of transaction documents in accordance with RRPF's signing process.
- Manage the closing mechanics process in line with RRPF pro forma closing mechanics.
- Liaise with the different teams within RRPF to facilitate smooth closing.
- Ensure all post closing contractual actions are completed, including chasing customers and escalating internally.
- E file all RRPF contracts (lease agreements, sale agreements) and maintain the local law legal opinion library, insurance certificates and security filings.
- Contract management, administration and compliance.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads to meet demanding deadlines across time zones.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Well developed interpersonal, diplomatic, communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Flexible, strong team player, open to new ideas and robust.
- Ability to understand business problems and propose customer focused solutions.
- Highly motivated and capable of working independently or in a team environment.
- Desirable: Experience in legal drafting, negotiating and administering aircraft engine or other aviation asset leases.
- Desirable: A degree or equivalent qualification in law or a related subject.
The professional level and salary of the position will be dependent on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
