Join a well-established and long-standing law firm as a Private Client Paralegal. This role offers the chance to manage a busy and well-organised caseload within a close-knit team that prioritises high-quality client care and accurate file management.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage an existing and well-maintained portfolio of Private Client matters including estate administration, inheritance tax forms, wills, and general lifetime planning.
• Work alongside an experienced Private Client Assistant to ensure smooth progression of files.
• Take ownership of ongoing cases following a comprehensive handover.
• Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties with empathy and professionalism.
• Support the directors with wider departmental tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience as a Paralegal within Private Client work.
• Ability to independently manage files with confidence and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with inheritance tax documentation, probate processes, and distribution of assets.
• A proactive approach and the ability to integrate quickly into an established team.
