The Vacancy

Join Uniserve in a dynamic Paralegal role where law meets global trade. Be part of a team driving efficient, compliant supply chain solutions and supporting the company's bold growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, and procurement agreements across logistics, freight, and technology.

Support litigation, dispute resolution, and M&A activities, including due diligence and transactional documentation.

Assist with property transactions and documentation.

Maintain organised legal records, databases, and case files.

Provide administrative and coordination support to the legal team.

Liaise with internal teams and external partners to address legal and compliance matters.

Contribute to the development of legal tech tools and resources, including contract playbooks.

What we're looking for:

3+ years' paralegal experience, ideally in freight forwarding, logistics, express services, or shipping

Solid understanding of contract law and negotiation within a logistics environment

Strong organisational, research, and communication skills

Proficiency in legal software and document management systems

Able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting

• English Law degree/Graduate Diploma in Law and, ideally, a Legal Practice or Bar Vocational Course/equivalent or a Paralegal Qualification.
