Key Responsibilities

As a PA/Office Administrator, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
  • Managing incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, and responding promptly and professionally
  • Organising office operations and procedures to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows
  • Maintaining filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring that documents are easily accessible
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and enhancing the organisation's professional image
  • Assisting in various HR functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
  • Supporting project teams with administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and projects run smoothly
Ideal Candidate / Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or PA role, preferably within the Building & Construction sector
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to take on new challenges
  • A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle, as travel may be required
