Job Description

The Marketing Hub is a native digital B2B marketing agency specialized in designing and managing sales and marketing programs that drive measurable growth for leading technology companies, energy and defense industries, and software start-ups.

We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our team in Madrid, Spain. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong hands-on experience in paid media who's ready to grow in a collaborative, international environment.

You'll work closely with a team of experienced marketers and project managers, helping clients reach their goals through well-structured campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google and programmatic platforms.

Your Responsibilities

Help set up and manage paid media B2B campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google and Display platforms.

Write and adapt ad copy, define targeting, and support campaign segmentation strategies.

Analyze campaign performance using tools like GA4, GTM and HubSpot.

Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers.

Participate in regular team meetings, trainings, and industry certifications.

Stay curious and experiment with AI and automation tools to improve your work.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in managing paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads).

Bilingual: English and Spanish (written and spoken fluency required).

A quick learner with attention to detail.

Proactive, curious, and always looking to improve.

Comfortable working in a team and being accountable for results.

Valid working permit in Spain.

Nice-to-Haves

Linkedin Ads Certifications

Meta Ads Certifications

Experience with Google Ads or TikTok Ads

Understanding of attribution models in B2B and how they impact performance reporting
