Paid Media Manager
Sale, Manchester
Hybrid (4 days per week in office, 1 day wfh)
£40,000 per annum

Squash is a specialist digital marketing agency dedicated to the jewellery and luxury retail sectors. We're looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager with direct experience managing multiple budgets upwards of £10k per month to join our team.

What you'll do
- Take ownership of the management of google ads, google shopping.
- Manage and optimise paid search and paid social accounts.
- Provide a bespoke service to each client creating project plans and giving budget recommendations based on their needs
- Oversee and help to develop junior team members
- Consistently analyse the performance of campaigns and create reports both for the client and the wider team to further optimise each campaign
- Lead generation and business development
- Attending industry events and networking
- Developing a specialist understanding of the jewelry industry to ensure our clients are given the highest level of service
What we're looking for:
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience directly managing paid advertising accounts.
- Proven track record in running Ecommerce-focused media campaigns across multiple paid search and paid social platforms.
- Experience working in-house or at an agency within a relevant industry (e.g., retail, fashion, luxury goods).
- Demonstrated success managing monthly budgets of £10k+ per client.
- Highly proficient in optimising product data across platforms including Google Merchant Center, Meta Catalog Manager, and others.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads; familiarity with additional platforms is a strong plus.
- Skilled in setting up tracking for both Ecommerce and lead generation websites, including use of tools like GA4, GTM, and platform-specific pixels/conversions.
- Experience managing multiple clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and relationship building.
- Leadership experience, including mentoring and training junior team members to support growth and performance
