Padel Club Launch Manager & Head Coach

Stevenage Football Club is launching Padel 76, a three-court padel venue opening in October 2026. We seek a Club Manager & Head Padel Professional to lead the venture from day one, combining general management with on court coaching.

You'll drive membership growth, programming and commercial performance while coaching 10-15 hours weekly and recruiting freelance coaches. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role in a start up environment.
