Role Overview

HRGO Recruitment are seeking a reliable and hardworking Packing & Polishing Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is a hands on role involving polishing finished products, packing goods ready for dispatch, and supporting the wider production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Polishing finished products to the required quality standards
• Packing products for storage and dispatch
• Assisting with loading and unloading materials as required
• Supporting general warehouse and production duties
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times
• Supporting the wider team to ensure production targets are met

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, or packing environment desirable
• Must be able to drive due to location
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to carry out manual handling and physical tasks
