Wat je gaat doen As a packaging operator, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient production of beloved candy brands in our modern factory in Breda. Your role involves setting up and monitoring production lines, ensuring quality standards are met, and addressing minor technical issues. With your technical insight and proactive approach, you'll help maintain a safe and productive environment while also having opportunities to grow and develop your skills.
What You Will Do:

• Set up and operate: the production lines according to the correct specifications.
• Monitor: the production process and perform quality checks to ensure high standards.
• Resolve: minor technical issues and prevent downtime by replenishing materials promptly.
• Contribute: to process optimization and suggest improvements for production efficiency.
• Work: in a three-shift system (morning, afternoon, and night) with an active and varied workday.

• Salary between €3,500 and €3,700 per month.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Full-time role in a three-shift system.
• 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.

• Proficient in Dutch and/or English, with own transport.
