Packaging operator 3 shifts

Wat je gaat doen As a packaging operator, you play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of production processes in our modern confectionery factory in Breda. You make sure the production lines are set up correctly, monitor the process, and intervene in case of minor malfunctions. With your technical insight and accuracy, you contribute to an efficient and safe working environment.
You will also have the opportunity to further develop your technical skills and actively contribute ideas for process improvements.

What you will do:

• Set up and operate the production lines according to the correct specifications.
• Monitor the production process and carry out quality checks.
• Resolve minor technical issues and prevent downtime by replenishing materials in a timely manner.
• Contribute to process optimization and production improvements.
• Work in a three-shift system (morning, afternoon, and night) with an active and varied workday.

• Salary between €3,500 and €3,700 per month.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Full-time role in a three-shift system.
• 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.

Functie-eisen We are looking for an enthusiastic operator who enjoys working with technology and wants to further develop in a dynamic production environment.

• Experience as an operator, preferably as a packaging operator.
• Interest in the packaging process and ready for the next step in your career.
• Accurate, technically minded, and physically active.
• Available full-time in a three-shift system.
• Proficient in Dutch and/or English.
• Own transport to coem to the work.
