Packaging Artwork Manager

Location: Flexible / Hybrid
Reporting to: Head of Technical, Quality & NPD Process

Permanent, full-time, 39 hours per week

We're now looking for a Packaging Artwork Manager to lead this space and help shape how our brand shows up on shelf and online.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of our packaging artwork strategy and delivery. You'll lead a talented team, working closely with suppliers, agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure our packaging is compliant, consistent and visually compelling.

You'll play a key role in delivering our 3-year Packaging Roadmap-driving innovation, improving processes and ensuring the highest standards across all artwork and print outputs.

What you'll be doing
  • Lead delivery of packaging artwork in line with our long-term Packaging Strategy
  • Manage and develop a team of artwork leads, ensuring clear ownership and balanced workloads
  • Ensure robust processes, templates and checklists are in place for consistent and compliant delivery
  • Oversee artwork sign-off processes and ensure all outputs meet required standards and timelines
  • Work closely with suppliers, agencies and internal teams to drive continuous improvement in artwork and print processes
  • Set and track KPIs across internal teams and external partners to ensure performance and accountability
  • Identify training and development needs within the team and support capability building
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, innovations and print finishes-bringing fresh ideas into the business
  • Support cross-functional collaboration and communicate progress across the business
  • Explore new research and development opportunities with industry experts and partners
What we're looking for
  • 5+ years' experience in packaging artwork management
  • Experience managing packaging artwork across complex supply chains
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and print processes (FMCG experience beneficial)
  • Proven people management experience across internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines and multiple projects effectively
  • Experience with project management tools (PRINCE2 is a bonus)
  • A degree (or equivalent) in packaging or a related field
