Packaging Manager - Innovation Leader (Hybrid)

Morepeople is recruiting a Packaging Manager for a growing fresh produce business in the UK. You will lead development, sourcing and continuous improvement of packaging solutions, ensuring quality, availability and cost efficiency.

You'll work closely with Commercial, Technical and Operations teams, managing supplier relationships and driving sustainability initiatives while delivering packaging trials and launches.
