Packaging & Labelling Senior coordinatorApplylocations: Paddington, United Kingdom: Boston, MAtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: REQ-29191 Job Description General Summary: The supportive role will contribute to the management and execution of artwork and labelling processes within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This position focuses on operational support to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely implementation of artwork and labeling updates. Responsibilities include performing well-defined tasks independently and assisting with more complex projects under close supervision. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Acts as a resource in the assigned business area Assisting in data collection and preparation for metrics reporting, including data analysis / manipulations. Manages records in validated electronic management systems, including data entry, tracking, and follow-ups with Owners to drive completion Providing administrative support for artwork systems maintenance and activities. Supporting in day-to-day artwork management processes, performing routine tasks under the guidance of senior team members. Ensuring accuracy and consistency of documentation Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio. Demonstrated ability to manage workload effectively, independently, and contribute in a team setting. Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple activities to meet deadlines. Good written and verbal communication skills Preferred experience in pharmaceutical product artwork/labeling, regulatory, or related fields. Education and Experience: Typically requires Bachelor's Degree in related discipline Minimally requires 1 year of experience or the equivalent combination of advanced education and experience Flex Designation: Hybrid-Eligible Or On-Site Eligible Flex Eligibility Status: In this Hybrid-Eligible role, you can choose to be designated as: 1. Hybrid : work remotely up to two days per week; or select 2.
