Your Skills
- Several years of experience with SAP Ariba, particularly SAP Ariba Sourcing
- Strong knowledge of the Source-to-Pay environment
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules such as Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Invoicing, Ariba Contracts, and Supplier Lifecycle Management
- Experience in SAP Ariba support and troubleshooting
- Experience in incident, service request, and issue management
- Ability to capture business requirements and translate them into functional requirements
- Experience working between business departments and technical SAP teams
- Excellent communication and moderation skills
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Experience in process optimization, training, and change/adoption support

Your Tasks
- Support and maintain SAP Ariba solutions, with a focus on Ariba Sourcing
- Act as the interface between business users and SAP support/technical teams
- Analyze, process, and coordinate incidents, service requests, and other issues
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional requirements
- Coordinate solution finding with technical support teams
- Support the company's Source-to-Pay processes
- Advise business departments on the use and optimization of SAP Ariba processes
- Drive process optimization and improve user adoption
- Support user training, user guidance, and documentation
- Manage stakeholders across business, IT, and external support units
