Position: PA to the Headteacher / School Administrator
Responsible to: Headteacher / School Administration Manager
Scale: S01 (£36,196 - £37,161)
Contract: Permanent/Full Time
Hours: 36 hours per week - Term time only
Start Date: 2nd September 2026
We are seeking to recruit an organised, proactive and highly professional PA to the Headteacher/ School Administrator to play a pivotal role in the smooth running of our school. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional administrator who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working with people, and is committed to supporting the work of a vibrant primary school community.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for many parents/carers, staff, governors and visitors, offering a warm welcome and high-quality support. You will provide confidential PA support to the Headteacher while also being an integral part of the wider administration team.
