Job Description
- PA to CFO needed to support midsize renewable energy business
- Work in Central London in a 12month maternity contract

They are a medium-sized business with a professional environment, offering a temporary role for those eager to contribute effectively to their operational success. They have just had huge government funding and are going through some really exciting expansion plans.
Job Description
- Manage the CFO's diary, scheduling meetings and organising travel arrangements.
- Manage a couple of directors diaries and book UK travel
- Process expenses on Microsoft 365
- Prepare and process expense reports and other financial documentation.
- Meet and greet clients
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications directed to the CFO.
- Coordinate and distribute key meeting materials and take action points during meetings
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports as required by the CFO.
- Maintain a well-organised filing system for confidential documents and correspondence.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth administrative processes.
- Support ad hoc tasks and projects as directed by the CFO.
The Successful Applicant
A successful PA to CFO should have:
- Ability to start in August and commit to a years contract
- Supported at Director level
- Worked in a midsize organisation
- Used Microsoft packages
What's on Offer
You will be rewarded with a daily rate of 190-210 per day. The growth could present other opportunities at the end of the contract.
