We're looking for an Amazing PA to join our Virgin Family, supporting our VP of Financial Planning & VP of Corporate Finance. This role involves providing high-level administrative support to two VPs, managing diaries, coordinating communications, booking travel, organizing events, and ensuring their effective operation. You will be crucial in maintaining the smooth functioning of their roles.

Day to day- Diary management: keeping diaries up-to-date, scheduling meetings efficiently, booking rooms, and prioritizing meetings with clear objectives.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel plans to optimize the VPs' time.
- Prepare agendas, documentation, presentations, and ensure the VPs have all relevant information and pre-read materials for meetings.
- Follow up proactively on meeting actions to ensure completion.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external events, collaborating with colleagues for smooth execution.
- General admin tasks: recording expenses, processing purchase orders and invoices, and tracking budgets.
Do you have strong PA experience and the ability to support complex diaries? Are you efficient, proactive, and capable of handling your workload in a dynamic environment? If so, this role could be perfect for you!
Additionally, we are looking for:
- Experience with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to create clear documentation.
- A desire to learn and adopt new technologies.
- Effective communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle priorities with discretion and confidentiality.
You will also have opportunities to develop interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills by supporting various teams and working cross-functionally with finance and tech departments.
