What You'll Do

We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you'll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:

  • Lead P&C process decision making, ensuring end user experience is prioritised and core processes, KPIs and reporting requirements are clearly defined.
  • Participate in project forums and design workshops to identify required decisions, cross functional dependencies and process impacts across P&C.
  • Drive timely decision making within P&C, validating outcomes with key stakeholders such as COEs, country teams and Finance.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to simplify, standardise and enhance P&C processes while balancing global consistency with local needs.
  • Align global people processes, technology, data, security roles/permissions and project deliverables through collaboration with the P&C Process Manager, Project Team and Data Analytics.
  • Support delivery by coordinating across P&C/Payroll programmes, embedding process changes (training, job aids, workshops), and proactively managing risks, issues and inter project dependencies.

What You'll Bring
  • Experience delivering P&C transformation initiatives or HR system implementation projects, with strong capability in process design, optimisation and standardisation.
  • High data literacy, including the use of HR metrics, reporting, data governance and analytics to inform decisions.
  • Background working in global or matrixed organisations, navigating complexity and cross functional collaboration.
  • Proven change management and business adoption experience, supporting successful embedding of new processes or systems.
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills, collaborating effectively and aligning stakeholders around shared goals.
  • Confident, timely decision making with a strong customer centric mindset, delivering practical, high quality solutions while maintaining trust, confidentiality and diplomacy.
