  • Advise, influence and coach leaders on high risk and complex people matters including employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, disciplinary matters, organisational effectiveness, leadership behaviours, wellbeing and compliance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Studio leadership across the full game development lifecycle, ensuring people decisions support creative delivery while managing legal, contractual and reputational risk.
  • Conduct surveys (including the WBD annual survey) to gauge cultural climate, wellbeing and engagement, translating insights into practical recommendations.
  • Lead engagement, wellbeing and recognition initiatives that strengthen connection, motivation and retention, partnering with WBD Compensation & Benefits to deliver competitive, compliant and valued perks, incentives and wellbeing offerings.
  • Partner with US and international Games People & Culture teams to align global practices, share best practice and deliver a consistent, integrated approach to Games P&C across territories.
  • Partner with WBD central teams to align and leverage best practices around LOD, Inclusion, Compensation & Benefits, Business Continuity, Employment Legal and general P&C practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant industry bodies, charities and education partners aligned to Rocksteady's values.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven P&C Director in an organisation circa 150 - 500 people.
  • Proven ability to operate, influence and collaborate at all levels within the organisation, particularly senior management.
  • Previous experience working within a functional matrix structure, effectively communicating to a variety of partners, decision makers, and interested parties.
  • Thrives in a fast moving environment, navigating ambiguity and making well judged decisions where paths forward are not always clearly defined.
  • Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a highly collaborative, matrixed team across geographies and disciplines.
  • Previous work in a creative business is a plus, but not essential.
