Job DescriptionYou will join our Oversight, Quality & Controls (OQC) team in the Global Markets Operations as a Oversight Quality Officer (F/H) for a 3-month term.
The OQC sector is one of the sectors in the Global Markets Operations department, which includes the post-market activities (Trade support, middle and back office). He is, among others, the correspondent for internal auditors (Inspections, Compliance and operational risk management) and the regulators, in charge of the GMO data quality and responsible for the GMO indicators datalake.
You accompany the leading OQC expert who oversees and supervises the permanent and operational controls, recommendations and corrective actions of the control functions, as well as compliance with the quality of outsourced and/or nearshored services. Its action is part of the overall framework for managing non-financial risks in the first line of defence.
On a daily basis, your mission is to:
- Set up an effective steering system for all the controls to be carried out and ensure the follow-up of remediation plans;
- Ensure compliance with the commitments as defined in the service level agreements (SLA) for nearshored services and outsourcing contracts for outsourced essential services;
- Be the entry point for all requests from different stakeholders (Control Tower, Compliance, Operational Risks, Audit and General Inspection, etc.) ;
- Participate in the review and update of operational and managerial controls on GMO platforms, assessing their relevance, defining completion rules, and mapping them with process flowcharts in IgrafX;
- Contribute to the update of the Business Impact Analyses as part of the PCA, assist in the production of the Document Management Tool on SharePoint, and implement action plans for Quality Assurance exercises.

From higher education with a specialization in finance, you have a successful first experience in a similar function.
You are proficient:

• Internal controls;
• Microsoft 365;
• Office Pack.

• Able to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
You are fluent in English with a B2 level.
